Our service is assessed against the National Quality Standard (NQS) by regulatory authorities and is provided with a rating level. These include Significant Improvement Required, Working Towards NQS, Meeting NQS, Exceeding NQS, or Excellent.

At First Foundation Preschool, we recognise the vital role of external partners in childcare in maintaining and exceeding these quality benchmarks. Each service has a Quality Improvement Plan that you are welcome to view and contribute to at any time. Our nominated supervisor also maintains a family feedback record to support continuous improvement.
