Our Team

The people who look after your child every day matter more than almost anything else in choosing a preschool - and that's something we never take lightly. Our team is made up of genuinely warm, experienced early childhood educators who are excellent listeners, and who work hard every single day to make sure your child feels safe, valued, and truly seen.

Every educator at First Foundation holds a recognised early childhood qualification, and each one brings something different to how they care for and teach your child. We see every child as their own person - with their own strengths, their own ideas, and their own way of exploring the world - and our program is built around that. Your child's wellbeing, learning, and everyday participation always come first.

Our team never stops learning either. Just as we're teaching your child something new every day, our educators are always building on their own knowledge and skills - because staying genuinely great at this job means never standing still.
