Inclusions
At First Foundation Preschool, we believe in real value and genuine convenience for families. Your daily fee already includes essentials like nappies, wipes, and sunscreen, plus enriching experiences such as activities, incursions, and excursions. Enrolment and Documentation
Enrolment is offered once a position becomes available and is confirmed by our centre management team. We'll guide you through every step - from documentation to orientation - so each requirement is clearly explained, without the stress. We're here to help you feel confident and genuinely supported the whole way through.
Documents Required for Enrolment Will Include
- Completed Enrolment Forms
- Parent and Child CRN (Customer Reference Number)
- Completed Direct Debit Form
- Immunisation History Statement
- Child's Birth Certificate
Customer Reference Number
A CRN is a nine-digit number followed by a letter (e.g. 123 456 789A) issued by Centrelink to uniquely track your records. You'll need both a parent and a child CRN to be eligible for the Child Care Subsidy. Most Australians already have one if they have claimed services previously.
A CRN is essential for enrolling in any early learning service across Australia, as it links your details with Centrelink and unlocks access to financial support. If your child doesn't yet have one, you can apply for it through Centrelink or your myGov account.

Immunisation History Statement
An Immunisation History Statement is an official record from the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR), showing all the vaccines your child has received. It's required for enrolling in early childhood education services, including preschools, long day care, and family day care.
This document simply confirms that your child's immunisations are up to date with national health requirements. You can download it through your Medicare online account via myGov, or request it directly from your GP.

Enrolment Checklist
Enrolment takes place once a position has been offered by our service management team and a start date has been agreed on. Here's exactly what you'll need, step by step:
Birth Certificate
Copy provided – original to be signed by service management prior to copying.
Immunisation History Statement
Copy provided – accessible through myGov.
Child and Parent CRN
Customer Reference Numbers issued by Services Australia upon approval for preschool subsidy (CCS).
Direct Debit Form
Copy provided.
Anaphylaxis Action Plan / or Asthma Action Plan
Copy has been provided to the service.
Risk Minimisation Plan
To be compiled in conjunction with service management for children with medical conditions.
Medical Conditions Policy
A copy will be provided at enrolment. Orientation Visit Booked to be arranged with service management.
myGov Account
Ensure an active myGov account is linked to Centrelink for CCS purposes.
Once all your documents are submitted, you'll receive a confirmation email securing your child's place at First Foundation Preschool.
