A CRN is a nine-digit number followed by a letter (e.g. 123 456 789A) issued by Centrelink to uniquely track your records. You’ll need both a parent and a child CRN to be eligible for the Child Care Subsidy. Most Australians already have one if they have claimed services previously.

An Immunisation History Statement is an official record from the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) that shows all the vaccines your child has received. It is required for enrolling children in early childhood education services like preschools, long day care, and family day care.
